My name is Lew Poulin and I was raised in Victoria on Vancouver Island. As a child, I had aspirations of being in Sales. I started at 15, working in retail sales for 10 years, then another 10 years in automotive sales with Canada's # 1 Toyota Dealership and eventually becoming licensed in the real estate industry.
For the last 30 years I have helped 100's of clients negotiate through what is probably the largest purchase of their lives. I was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I did. And I worked hard.
As the years went by, I worked my way from retail to real estate, never wavering in my resolve to become the best version of myself with each career move.
I got into the real estate industry 30 years ago after helping people for years to purchase what is probably their 2nd largest purchase in life, a new automobile. I then decided to step up and help people with their largest purchase in life. Over the past 30 years I have been able to fine tune processes that help people to sell their homes for the most money, with the least amount of hassle in a short amount of time.
As my career advanced, I found pleasure working with home owners on Vancouver Island, from Port Alberni to Victoria. I am an expert in value held negotiations, writing binding enforceable sales contracts and assisting my home selling clients in finding their next home.
