Lew is by far the most dedicated agent I could ever have imagined having. Having used Lew’s services of buying and selling several homes over the years, his dedication is impeccable. Lew even recently drove all the way up to Campbell River from Victoria so we could view a few homes we liked. Really appreciate his sense of humour which always helps lighten the stress of moving. Lew is approachable, honest, and very reliable. If you have any questions, Lew’s response will be “I’m on it”, with an answer back within minutes! He’s awesome. Lew helped me sell a unique property that had been on the market before without success. His experience paid off and the property was sold successfully. He pursued every avenue available and left no rock unturned to find the right buyer. Throughout the process he kept me up-to-date right through to the successful close. Lew was just a delight to look for houses with! He was not pushy, he accommodated us and the many homes we saw. And we saw many homes! He was relaxed and we new he had our best intentions in mind! This is the 3rd real estate contract we have done with Lew and he has been an excellent professional Realtor in each case. We had other Realtors evaluate our homes and their assessed listing price was well below our expectations. I believe Lew has a broader understanding of the real estate market than most and will think outside the box which in turn can bring better results when selling or buying. It was refreshing to have a Realtor that didn't just refer to the "stats" alone, but had a more "out of the mainstream" approach for his marketing strategy. When it came to purchasing a home Lew was on it again and helped negotiate the best possible deal for us. We would highly recommend Lew to deliver on any Buyer or Seller's needs
